We provide advice and assistance to foreign law firms setting up in Hong Kong and China, covering a wide range of matters including feasibility studies and reports; market entry strategies; the identification and implementation of specific strategies leading to the establishment of new offices; advice on local regulations; identification of local firms for association, merger and acquisition either as part of establishing a presence or otherwise and the negotiation of the necessary financial, administrative and other terms leading to the completion of such arrangements. We can also provide introductions to other services required to successfully complete the start up, including but not limited to IT set up and identification and fit out of office space.
